Yesterday I went into Sydney’s CBD and had a quiet date by myself, it was quite an adventure, I visited Sydney’s Vivid festival, saw some weiiird Sydneysiders like some Asian lad in a trench coat with ‘hug me’ written on a huge sign, had berz with Dad, you miss the beautiful things if you rush into life, I think I accomplished a bit. P.s. my website got the go-go today so my online store should be finished on time for my clothing launch!! :)
My satanic cross.
I feel I need to explain the newest of my collection in case people get butt-hurt. No I am not a Satanist and nor do I associate myself with any form of religion or the traditional indoctrinatory beliefs of Theistic Satanism (people who literally worship Satan as a deity-like-figure), I do however believe in the ideals of Atheistic Satanism that Anton LaVey identified. If you’re well versed then you’ll know that this is based closer to individualism where the focus is that you are your own god and master of yourself! - sounds rad hey?
I lived as an obedient Catholic boy up until I was 17, going to church most Sundays, grace before meals, evening prayers too, at one point I wanted to be a priest! And then one day I woke up. I realised something, there is no god, my mum got cancer and narrowly beat it, Catholic was a haphazardly thrown around term that the bigoted assholes in church, classroom and the schoolyard used to make you feel like shit, and the marginalised (gays, transgender, emos, disabled, tattooed and modified etc.) even more ostracised. If there is a god he isn’t busy fixing up this shithole, everything in your life is dictated by the actions that you choose. No waiting and praying for things to get better, things to happen. You have to be proactive and live life! Ask yourself, why does the Pope drive around in a car with 4 inch bulletproof glass?
My body is my temple, I worship myself as a god and trust only my family.
The best part about going to Sydney next week? New face and hand tattoos…
Haha, thanks grey face!
Never my day.
